Arrival and Departure Times
Weekly lets run from Saturday to Saturday. We do request that your arrival
is after 1600 CET on the first day of your arrival and that departure is before
1000 CET on the last day. This allows us time to prepare the property for the next
guests.
Reservations and Payment
Please contact us first to check that your preferred
dates are available, and to make a provisional reservation. The reservation will be held for seven days. Once you have made your reservation you will be able to complete a booking form and send a non-refundable deposit of £100 to secure the reservation.
If we do not receive the booking form and deposit within the seven day period then we cannot guarantee that your preferred dates will still be available.
The remaining balance is payable no later than six weeks prior to your arrival date.
We request a 100 euro bond payable in cash upon arrival. This bond will be returned upon your departure providing there have been no breakages or damage to any major inventory items. Any monies due for electricity usage above the daily allowance will be retained from this bond. Please read our
